“Had a 5 day trip to the Loire valley to see the chateau, experience the vinyards etc. we stayed in hotel at Tours. Contacted Philippe from this bike rental company prior to arriving and he was fantastic ! Very good response time and information. We hired 2 electric bikes for 3 full days and Philippe even delivered and collected the bikes from our hotel. The bikes were excellent and in perfect condition. The electric range was more than adequate. Locks and charger included. Philippe was very accommodating giving us a small size bike for my partner Suzanne and a large one for myself being very tall. He was always contactable and the service he provided I couldn’t fault - would highly recommend. The cycle routes around the Loire region were really good and easy to use - we were fortunate enough to have excellent weather too - had an amazing break and the bikes were very much part of that. Came with fully charged battery and owner explained how to use it since it was my first time on an e-bike. Very nice. Both times bike locks, helmet and a side bag were included plus a phone holder to easily follow google directions. Prices also seemed slightly better than other places.
